trauma-informed life coaching
for women with CPTSD.
1:1 COACHING
you have things you want to reach. and something keeps getting in the way.
coaching is goal-oriented. we start with where you want to go, then look at what is unconsciously preventing you from getting there.
becoming aware of your own patterns can feel jarring at first. but that awareness is where the real shift begins. it is hard to do something different. but it is possible.
you might be in the right place if
WHO THIS IS FOR
— you feel stuck and cannot understand why the same painful patterns keep repeating
— you have goals you are working toward and something invisible keeps pulling you back
— you understand your patterns intellectually but cannot change them in the moment
— you are tired of moving through life on autopilot and want to actually take the wheel
— no formal CPTSD diagnosis required. If you recognize the patterns, you are in the right place.
WHAT WE WORK ON
together we work on
— identifying the unconscious patterns that are blocking your goals
— understanding the CPTSD conditioning shaping what you see, feel, and do right now
— building tools that work in the body, not just the mind
— learning to respond differently in the moments that matter most
— taking your power back. no longer at the mercy of patterns you did not choose
“Danielle helped me see things from a new perspective during a time when I felt lost and unsure of myself. She made me feel heard, validated, and helped me understand that what I was going through was normal. With her guidance, I was able to work through a toxic relationship and find the courage and confidence to set boundaries—something I hadn’t known how to do or felt comfortable doing before. Her insights and support truly made a difference in my life."

coaching vs therapy
BEFORE YOU BOOK
a few things worth understanding before we work together.
-
therapy is a licensed clinical service that diagnoses and treats mental health conditions. coaching is goal-oriented and forward-focused. we work from where you are now — identifying what is blocking your progress, building awareness of unconscious patterns, and developing practical tools. coaching is not a substitute for therapy. many clients find that both work well together.
-
no formal diagnosis is required. if you recognize the patterns — the hypervigilance, the people pleasing, the cycles that keep showing up — that is enough.
-
sessions are 50 minutes via video call. you bring what is present for you — a goal you are working toward, a pattern you noticed, something that came up in your body or in a relationship. we work through it together at your pace. the session is yours.
-
trauma-informed coaching accounts for how early experiences shape the nervous system. we do not push through discomfort without acknowledging it. we work at the pace of your nervous system, not a standard goal-setting timeline. your goals stay at the center. we just understand what has been getting in the way of reaching them.
-
no. I am a trauma-informed life coach with a degree in psychology, trauma-informed training, and lived experience navigating CPTSD. I am not a licensed mental health professional and coaching is not therapy. if you are in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or crisis line.
